This is a Like New condition Paul Young Midge 6' 3" Bamboo Fly Rod. This rod comes with 2 full length tips, Bag and Original rod tube. The Midge throws a 4wt fly line very well. The ferrules are black anodized aluminum stepdown style.The wraps are black and the varnish is good.The grip is 4 1/2" long shaped to a small blunt cigar. The all-cork reel seat adds another 3 1/2" and is flatted for the reel foot and utilizes two black anodized rings. A cork flare at the base of the seat retains the slide rings. April 27th Stream Report

Trout fishing has been Excellent all of April. Caddis are hatching! The Caddis we have been seeing around Lanesboro are about a size 18-16 dark grey and the blue wing olives are still hatching. The rivers are very low and very clear. Long leaders are plus for any small creek dry fly fishing or nymphing. Big brown trout are being caught regularly and our guides have been very busy. Its that time of year to book a trip before we are all booked up for the summer.
